Mission
The mission of PA Woods and Forests focuses on our tagline, “Conserving Habitat For Overlooked Species In Your Backyard”.
The organization prioritizes students from K-12 through college. Families are also the target audience. The organization focuses its mission on seven counties in Pennsylvania. It owns no land but highlights the land partner organizations that steward it. PWF focuses on environmental education and programming, habitat creation, and wildlife management, currently with frogs and toads.
Vision
The organization's vision is to inspire and create the next generation of conservationists and bring families together to promote environmental stewardship in their backyards. PWF wants people to care about overlooked species, like frogs and toads, and to inspire youth to value and conserve them.
